Samuel is highly competent in hardware, software development, and data management with over 9 years of professional. Experienced with all stages of the development cycle for web projects from concept, completion, implementation, and maintenance.

Samuel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (BIT 2010-2013) and a Master of Science in Health Information Technology (MScHIT 2016-2018) both from Mbarara University of Science and Technology(MUST). Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science.

He worked as a project Coordinator for mHealth K43 Project from 2020 to 2023. Currently, he is a Data manager for Support-Moms project
